Pricing questions

How does billing work?

Lynsms uses a prepaid credit model. You add funds to your workspace and we debit the cost of each delivered message based on destination and route. No monthly minimums, no setup fees.

Do credits expire?

Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Active accounts with regular usage maintain their balance without expiration.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice in EUR, USD, GBP or NOK.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically on the Scale plan, and custom rates are available for high-volume senders on Enterprise.

What's included in delivery cost?

The per-message cost includes carrier fees, delivery receipts, fraud screening, sender registration where applicable, and all platform features (API, dashboard, webhooks).
